What does a Technical Support Engineer do?
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to solve high-complexity issues for our customers and partners. Your tools? Our cutting-edge ticketing system, your company laptop, and—most importantly—your brain.
You will be the last line of defense between our customers and chaos. Communication is strictly via email (there might be a direct call once a year, but don't worry, you'll receive coaching for that).
Responsibilities
- Solve & Conquer: Identify issues, analyze them, and make them disappear.
- Strategic Routing: If you can’t solve it, someone else can; you’ll be responsible for channeling the case to the right team.
- Precision: Provide fast and accurate feedback to customers.
- Evolve: Maintain and improve your solutions as needed.
- Tool Building: Develop or enhance internal tools to make everyone’s work easier...
