Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Technical / Pricing Support Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling L1 queries via ticketing tools. The candidate should be comfortable working in shifts and able to manage:
- Incidents reported by users
- Alarms raised by monitoring tools (if any)
- Inbound requests via phone, web forms, email, chat, etc.
The role involves implementing basic, documented break-fix tasks as per defined procedures.
Technical Skills
- Core Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent command of English (to collaborate with worldwide teams)
- Intermediate or above technical skills (especially if experienced in pricing processes)
- CPQ applications support
- Operational pricing processes (Bid Desk, Deal creation,...
