Support Engineer - Fully Remote - Far East Time Zones - (B2B Contract/Freelancer arrangement but on a full time basis for a long term project).
This is a fully remote position aligned to Far East time zones, supporting a global SaaS platform used in a 24/7 operational environment. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, structured support work, and customer communication, while gaining experience in a modern, AI-enabled support setup.
You'd act as the first point of contact for customer support requests, resolving common technical issues, managing tickets, and working closely with senior engineers, product, and customer experience teams. The role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS operations, incident management, AI-assisted support tools, and supporting customers across multiple regions.
