Job Description

We are looking for a Onsite Technical Support Engineer to support API operations, client onboarding, and troubleshooting for 6 months.
This role will work closely with developers, external clients, IGW/Internal stakeholders and to ensure smooth API integration, testing, and ongoing support across sandbox and production environments. willing to explore someone 2–5 years' experience in API support, integration, or platform operations.
Below are the key responsibilities:
1. Operations
· Provide technical support for API-related issues reported by clients or internal teams
· Analyse logs, API requests/responses, and system behaviour to identify root causes
· Handle escalations from client and internal support and coordinate with engineering teams when required
· Monitor API availability, performance, and error rates when required.
