We are looking for a Technical Support Engineers to provide after-sales technical support for technical projects. This role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and ensuring systems are operating correctly.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support for customer projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
• Handle support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure installed systems are operating correctly.
• Guide customers through technical concerns and system-related issues.
