​Job Description:

  • To do on-site diagnosis, isolation, and assessment of computer-related technical problems; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops, and printers. (Primarily focused with end-user technical support)

Requirements:

  • A degree holder; associate; diploma in any computer-related course
  • ​At least one (1) year working experience in hands-on technical support, preferably in an IT or related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as with related OJT experience.
  • Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation

Others:

  • Location of the project assignment can be anywhere in Metro Manila; client-based deployment; possible shifting schedule; contractual/project-based to cotermin ​_ ous with the project assignment _(To be explained further during the interview)
