Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides first level hardware / software technical support for local and remote users. This shall includes ticket monitoring and timely resolution of incidents;
- Escalates and endorses complex IT incident tickets and other unresolved technical problems to a higher tier support;
- Serves as a main contact person in Desktop PC support, peripherals installation (printers, scanners, and CCTVs), email and internet configuration, software patching and installation, network activation problem, and facilities maintenance through various modality such as on-site, remote, and phone call, whichever is applicable.
- Provides support in the management and maintenance of IT facilities and equipment. This shall includes coordination with the vendors for preventive maintenance, repair, and installation;
