The Role
We're looking for a strong L2 Technical Support Engineer who can bridge the gap between our L1 customer support team and our engineering organization. You'll be the technical firefighter who keeps our customers operational during critical incidents, diagnosing complex issues, implementing temporary fixes, and ensuring smooth handoffs to engineering when deeper fixes are needed.
