Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, onboarding , and provide comprehensive training for support staff.

  • Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Employee Development: Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and skilled support.

  • Scheduling and Resources: Manage staff scheduling and resources and arive at Shift schedule.

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to improve and ensure high-quality support services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
