What You'll Be Doing

• Be the go-to person for troubleshooting smart security systems—think Access Control, CCTV Integration, Visitor Management, and Gate Automation.
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, whether it's a configuration glitch or a mechanical component that's acting up.
• Work closely with customers and dealers—listen to their problems, explain solutions clearly, and make sure they feel supported.
