We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to be the first technical responder for Pollax customers and improve the product based on what you see.

  • Workplace: Hybrid (Hyderabad office + remote days)/ Remote
  • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
  • Start date: Immediate
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

What you will do

  • Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues
  • Debug API, integration, and configuration problems with customers
  • Reproduce bugs and file detailed reports to engineering
  • Improve customer-facing documentation and runbooks
  • Build internal tools that reduce repeat support load
