Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Technician to join our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed an IT qualification or has some hands-on experience and is looking to grow their skills in networking, systems support, and CCTV technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for internal users, customers and monitoring systems
- Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV hardware, software, and networks
- Support installation and maintenance of servers, PCs, and networking equipment
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues where required
- Be available for overtime and standby work when required
