Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to production operations to ensure efficiency and minimal disruptions.
Diagnose and resolve process-related issues across various manufacturing steps.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to address equipment and product challenges.
Perform root cause analysis on production abnormalities and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Assist in new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards.
Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and technical reports.
Coordinate with external partners on technical matters and support improvement initiatives.
Deliver on-site technical guidance and training to enhance operator and technician skillsets.
