Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, regarding troubleshooting, setup and operation of digital meters, power quality analyzers, installation testers, earth ground testers, insulated tools, network testing equipment, and related devices. Assist customers with the interpretation of measurement data and diagnostic results for both electrical and network testing. Follows-up with customer to ensure satisfaction with proposed resolution. Consults with experienced team members or engineering to resolve problems. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to electrical testing, network testing on copper and fiber, renewable energy systems, electric vehicle infrastructure, thermal imaging, and acoustic measurement technologies.
