Technical Support Engineer
to act as the bridge between Customer Support and Engineering; someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and helping teams work more efficiently. This role has a hybrid work model and is based in Sandton.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the first technical point of contact for the Support team. Your role will focus on investigating and resolving technical issues before they reach the Engineering team, ensuring a seamless customer experience and reducing development interruptions.
