We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L2/L3) to help design, manage, and improve IT systems for multiple clients. This role blends hands-on technical work with ownership, problem-solving, and light leadership in a fast-moving MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client IT environments across cloud, network, and endpoint systems
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues (Level 3 support)
Own and improve monitoring, backups, security, and system reliability
Configure and manage cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Chrome Enterprise)
Design and support network infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
Ensure systems follow security best practices and compliance standards
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to better processes and documentation
