We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong application support experience, not IT helpdesk or device support.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting backend or enterprise applications, can read and debug code, and is comfortable using SQL to query databases, understand schemas, and diagnose issues. Responsibilities:Perform advanced troubleshooting through code-level analysis and deep data investigation.Own the full lifecycle of complex technical issues—from reproduction to root cause to resolution.Lead and project manage new deployment challenges through to successful production readiness.Implement and manage security, permissions, and configuration changes across environments.Drive continuous improvement across support operations through better tooling, automation, and documentation.<...
