Job Description:




  • We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong application support experience, not IT helpdesk or device support.

  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting backend or enterprise applications, can read and debug code, and is comfortable using SQL to query databases, understand schemas, and diagnose issues.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform advanced troubleshooting through code-level analysis and deep data investigation.

  • Own the full lifecycle of complex technical issues—from reproduction to root cause to resolution.

  • Lead and project manage new deployment challenges through to successful production readiness.
