Sinclair is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Mexico, CDMX. The role's mission is to ensure proper service delivery in the country (time & quality-wise).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and the sales area.
- Ensure good service and its coordination in the country.
- Manage local repair shop.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Calculate and monitor stock needs to supply local repairs.
- Coordinate technical service activities in the country.
- Carry out repairs in the workshop.
- Carry out technical training.
- Manage shipments and dispatches of materials and supplies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical, mechatronic, biomedical or related engineering.
- More than 3 years of experience with technology equipment.
- Experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
