Sinclair is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Mexico, CDMX. The role's mission is to ensure proper service delivery in the country (time & quality-wise).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and the sales area.
  • Ensure good service and its coordination in the country.
  • Manage local repair shop.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Calculate and monitor stock needs to supply local repairs.
  • Coordinate technical service activities in the country.
  • Carry out repairs in the workshop.
  • Carry out technical training.
  • Manage shipments and dispatches of materials and supplies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical, mechatronic, biomedical or related engineering.
  • More than 3 years of experience with technology equipment.
  • Experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
