The Role: We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our support team at Affinity. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional customer communication skills to deliver world-class support for our B2B SaaS CRM platform. You'll be a critical bridge between our customers and engineering teams, resolving complex technical issues while contributing to our support organization's continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via video call, email, or chat in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot software and API-related issues, guiding customers through technical steps to resolve problems
- Work with webhooks, APIs, and other integrations to resolve issues and ensure smooth functionality
