**The Team: The** Team is responsible for providing high-quality Technical Support across a wide suite of products within the DVR business segment. The TechOps team works closely with a highly competent Client Services team and the core project teams to resolve client issues and improve the platform. Our work helps ensure that all products are provided with a high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction. The team is responsible for owning and maintaining our cloud-hosted apps.



**The Impact:** The role is an extremely critical role to help affect a positive client experience by virtue of maintaining high availability of business-critical services/applications.
