Position Overview

We are expanding our Global Customer Care team and seeking an experienced Technical Support Personnel to support our growing customer base.
This is a newly created position designed to strengthen our technical response capability, enhance customer experience, and support our global distributor network.

Core Responsibility: Technical Support

  • Serve as the main technical contact for global customers and distributors via Zendesk, email, calls, and online meetings.
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting for few but not all:

  • Digital & mixed-signal oscilloscopes

  • Spectrum analyzers & RF sources
  • Function / arbitrary waveform generators
  • Programmable power supplies & DC electronic loads
  • Bench multimeters and related accessories
  • Verify customer symptoms, analyze test setups, replicate issues when needed, and provide accurate solutions or workarounds.
