The Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Consultant to be the primary point of contact for existing residential and commercial customers. You will support clients with technical questions, troubleshoot faults, provide remote assistance, coordinate on-site service and maintenance, and proactively monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.
