We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support. This role involves assisting users in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests.

Requirements

  • Resource should have work experience in International Markets (US/UK/EU)
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Escalate complex problems to second-level support teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with user account setup, access and other user related tasks.
