Responsibilities:


Training & Competency Development 


Deliver structured technical training and competency assessments.
  • Support employees in achieving and maintaining Cable Signatory status.

  • Develop and maintain training materials and assessment tools.

  • Coach and mentor workshop personnel to build technical capability.

    • Technical Documentation & Standards 


    Develop, review and maintain cable repair procedures and work instructions. Ensure documentation aligns with OEM requirements and relevant industry standards.
  • Maintain document control and revision management.

    • Compliance & Licensing 


    Maintain workshop licensing and regulatory compliance. Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and traceable.

  • Monitor changes to relevant legislation and industry standards. 

    • Operational Support
