We are looking for a new Technical Support for our 24/7 Business Operations Service Desk. In this role, you will be working in 24x7 shifts in Oslo where you manage critical incidents, Coordinate tasks between different vendors and prepare reports. Additionally, the position includes:
Monitor ticket queues/dashboardsAnswer customer calls/e-mails and instant messages related to incidentsIncident/change and problem management within a large operations/maintenance teamEssential Skills/qualifications
