Job Description:

We are looking for a new Technical Support for our 24/7 Business Operations Service Desk. In this role, you will be working in 24x7 shifts in Oslo where you manage critical incidents, Coordinate tasks between different vendors and prepare reports. Additionally, the position includes:

  • Monitor ticket queues/dashboards
  • Answer customer calls/e-mails and instant messages related to incidents
  • Incident/change and problem management within a large operations/maintenance team
  • Essential Skills/qualifications

  • Experience working in Service Desk responding to customer calls, emails and service requests
  • Experience in coordinating critical incidents
  • Demonstrable capability of troubleshooting problems
  • Jira/Confluence Experience (How to use Incident management, Problem management, Change management)
  • Ability to work in shifts to support global Applications
