Technical support Associate

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to provide effective support to users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues
• Respond to user queries in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex technical issues when required
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BS IT / BS CS / BS SE (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of technical support and IT systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
