RAD’s International Services department is looking for a Technical Support and Solution Engineer to support our products and customers worldwide.

Location

Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide both post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities
  • Perform staging, demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installations, homologation, commissioning, troubleshooting and trainings for partners and customer clients abroad or remotely
  • Perform testing of solutions along with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues
  • Contribute to knowledge base of the team
  • Create documentation for partners and clients
  • Provide status and resolution communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
