RAD’s International Services department is looking for a Technical Support and Solution Engineer to support our products and customers worldwide.
Location
Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide both post-sales and pre-sales solution support activitiesPerform staging, demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installations, homologation, commissioning, troubleshooting and trainings for partners and customer clients abroad or remotelyPerform testing of solutions along with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issuesPerform root cause analysis of issuesContribute to knowledge base of the teamCreate documentation for partners and clientsProvide status and resolution communication to both internal and external stakeholders.Requirements
