Responsibilities
- Customer technical support and assistance
- Analysis and resolution of system-related questions and incidents
- Tracking and management of technical tickets
- Reproducing errors and validating scenarios
- Assistance with SQL queries and validation of database information
- Logging and following up on requests with internal teams
- Support in identifying failures, integration issues, and operational inconsistencies
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with analytical ability
- Comfortable working in a team
