Responsibilities

  • Customer technical support and assistance
  • Analysis and resolution of system-related questions and incidents
  • Tracking and management of technical tickets
  • Reproducing errors and validating scenarios
  • Assistance with SQL queries and validation of database information
  • Logging and following up on requests with internal teams
  • Support in identifying failures, integration issues, and operational inconsistencies

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with analytical ability
  • Comfortable working in a team
  • Availability to work
