About the role:

This job will provide advanced technical support services to TD SYNNEX Customers.  Position will assume multiple roles during its dynamic work schedule to provide 24*7 coverage together with TD SYNNEX's Support Team, such roles include incident handling & response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenances & onsite visits.  Support will be provided to a wide variety of IT infrastructure technologies.

What you'll do:

This position will assume, during your work shift, the 24x7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.
