We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Application Support role - Integrations Specialist (Tier 2) is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and maintenance for integration applications in a production environment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange, high system availability, and timely issue resolution across various applications and interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors.
