Job Description
Technical Support Analyst II (SAP Fieldglass)
Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications (e.g., SAP Fieldglass/CWOS).
Troubleshoot login issues, data discrepancies, and system errors.
Run SQL queries for investigation and validation.
Handle incident tickets via ServiceNow.
Support worker onboarding, SOW updates, and WWID generation issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve downstream system discrepancies (e.g., PO issues).
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- SAP Fieldglass functional knowledge
- Basic SQL knowledge
- ServiceNow Cloud knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
