Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications (e.g., SAP Fieldglass / CWOS)
  • Troubleshoot login issues, data discrepancies, and system errors
  • Run SQL queries for investigation and validation
  • Handle incident tickets via ServiceNow
  • Support worker onboarding, SOW updates, and WWID generation issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve downstream system discrepancies (e.g., PO issues)
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance standards are maintained

Requirements:

  • SAP Fieldglass functional knowledge
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • ServiceNow Cloud knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
