Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Desk Engineer Level 2 Engineer to provide advanced support for users across Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and exceptional communication skills to assist users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
About the Role
Provide Level 2 support for end users via phone calls, emails, and the ticketing system.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
