The Technical Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring 24/7 lifecycle management, administration, troubleshooting, and production support of Tangerine’s Windows and Linux server environments. This includes comprehensive responsibilities across hardware, operating systems, software, and server hardening.
The role encompasses the management of both physical and virtual servers (via VMware ESXi), as well as VDI infrastructure supporting core banking systems, contact center platforms, and production and development environments. The analyst is also responsible for ongoing vulnerability assessments, firmware updates, and patch management for Windows and Linux servers.
