Technical Support Analyst

Job description :

Part of CWOS level 2 support team and responsible to support CWOS(SAP Fieldglass) application, VMS and have access to workers confidential data and other companies confidential data.

Need to have SQL knowledge to run query on CWOS database.

Job tasks include perform troubleshooting on unable to login SAP Fieldglass issue, worker information not updated, worker information displayed wrongly, perform false update the worker SOW, worker WWID not generated and other SAP Fieldglass related issues.

Candidate need to work together with other support team to resolve Purchase Order amount discrepancies in downstream applications.

Requirement (must have) :

Candidate will possess SAP Fieldglass functional knowledge, basic SQL and ServiceNow Cloud knowledge

Working hours: 8am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, on call during weekday public holiday support is required
