Join an international technical support team in Barcelona and assist German-speaking customers with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

  • Escalate complex cases

  • Maintain SLA and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent German

  • English B2+

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer or technical support

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
