Join our Technical Support Team!

We’re looking for a Technical Support specialist to be part of NoteMachine’s mission to deliver cash when and where it’s needed most. This role is based on a 48‑hour a week schedule, covering 4 on 4 off shift patterns.

With our in‑house training you’ll become the expert behind the connections that keep our ATMs running smoothly across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Dynamic day‑to‑day tasks ranging from basic router configurations to troubleshooting network faults.
  • Act as the go‑to team for internal and external customers, resolving technical issues with precision.
  • Work with engineers over the phone and manage spreadsheets, playing a pivotal role in our operations division.
