Job Description
- Expected to ensure that all equipment are in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
- Conducts and ensures regular checking/inspection of all facilities equipment are done
- Coordinates and carries out 52 week preventive maintenance of equipment subject to the recommendation and approval of the lead and clients as necessary
- Monitors maintenance/repair works conducted by in house technicians or subcontractors
- Reviews service reports submitted by 3rd party vendors and recommends proper action as necessary
- Performs small modifications or quick repair works related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical
- Attends to requests related to equipment setup, technology setup and other engineering/technical services
- Ensures daily, monthly, and annual equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance are implemented and done
