Job Description
As Technical Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise the technical team on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance standards, quality, and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and monitor pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Sales accounts and clients.
- Communicate project progress, technical issues, risks, and challenges to the assigned manager.
- Manage technical schedules, calendars, and resource allocation based on Sales department requests and project demands.
- Inspect work in progress and completed tasks to ensure compliance with technical standards, SLAs, and timelines.
- Perform quality control and review technical deliverables, documentation, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor service delivery, workload distribution, and resource utilization to support capacity planning.
