Responsibilities

• Acts as the key technical interface between the company and customers, supporting commercial growth through technical expertise in biocides and related solutions.
• Partners closely with the Sales Manager in customer engagement, contributing to business development by providing in-depth technical discussions and portfolio presentations.
• Ensures successful execution and follow‑up of product evaluations by the customers.
• Provide technical services, reinforcing customer confidence and long‑term partnerships.
• Deliver tailored technical training sessions to customers, enhancing product knowledge and application best practices.
