Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field)
- At least 2–3 years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or technical supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and respond to emergency repairs
