Job Description
- Work with factories to achieve desired product output from tech pack receipt to bulk production implementation
- Check size-set samples and guide factories; raise concerns early and inform customers
- Support factories in meeting buyer requirements; recommend GSM fabric and trims
- Attend PPM meetings and provide technical expertise to ease production processes
- Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality
- Document issues and solutions provided to factories; get customer approval before implementation
- Visit factories during sampling and production to provide technical solutions in coordination with QEs and coordinators
- Approve First Bulk Approval (FBA) and packing in line with customer requirements
- Verify Fabric Package Test (FPT) and Garment Package Test (GPT); ensure corrective actions are taken
- Coordinate with QEs daily and resolve technical issues at factories
