What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and product quality.
- Troubleshoot machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
- Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conforming products.
- Support product changeovers and update production systems (MES).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
