  1. 10+ years of experience in marketing technology and automation.
  2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Braze or Bird or Adobe Campaign Manager, with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Audience Builder
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
