Technical Specialist

Primary Purpose of Position
This role is responsible for 2nd level support for the company's SharePoint environment. The role is also responsible for the development, testing and releasing of applications built under the SharePoint platform. The candidate is also expected to assist on the migration process of the SharePoint platform when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Manager – ADS PH, the following are expected from this role:
-Work on complex projects independently and with minimal supervision
-Provide input to Manager – ADS PH on possible solutions to business requirements
-Assisting with 2nd level support for any SharePoint/SharePoint Online related queries
-Assess if user request requires approval and escalating the request to the appropriate person
-Development, testing and releasing of SharePoint applications and making sure that the applications are working as per specification
