Job Description:
  • Onsite and remote support of clients and devices in healthcare facilities

  • Deployment of net computer equipment, network devices, printers, iOT devices

  • and accessories

  • Refresh of currently deployed computers with new hardware


    • These responsibilities would include tasks such as the following:
  • Device imaging and configuration

  • Software installation and support

  • Information gathering (with clients)

  • Troubleshooting

  • Physical exchange of devices located under and on client desks

  • Accessing or installing devices in confined spaces, on high wall mounts,or on ceiling mounts

  • Tracking and reporting of daily work Other duties within skillset as assigned by lead and/or manager
