Technical Specialist (ERP)

A well-established South African ERP consulting and technology company specializing in the delivery, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade ERP solutions, is seeking an hands-on, senior Technical Specialist to own the technical deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of ERP environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-enabled architectures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and support ERP environments (On-premises, Hybrid, and Cloud).
• Manage ERP upgrades, patches, performance optimization, and complex troubleshooting.
• Act as the senior escalation point for all ERP-related technical challenges.
• Design, support, and maintain hybrid architectures utilizing Microsoft Azure .
• Manage and support ERP-related application environments hosted via IIS .
