Main Duties

• Ensuring all samples received are diagnosed and are issued within turnaround times according to business and customer requirements
• Perform investigational analysis including the planning and execution of out-of-scope operations, analysis and generation of bespoke reporting in accordance with business and customer requirements.
• Provide technical assistance to team leaders or other appropriate colleagues to maintain service levels and ensure efficient laboratory operations.
