Job Description
Delivering world-class technical support via phone, email, and in person to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
Conducting product testing, evaluating returns, and performing repairs to ensure product reliability and performance.
Supporting internal/inter departments and external customers’ needs with technical inquiries, product recommendations and solutions
Creating and updating work instructions, testing prototypes, and preparing detailed reports to support product development.
Maintaining lab equipment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Respond to customer inquiries during business hours with timely, accurate solutions.
Log and document customer issues with detailed troubleshooting notes.
Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on field feedback.
