Job Description

  • Delivering world-class technical support via phone, email, and in person to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

  • Conducting product testing, evaluating returns, and performing repairs to ensure product reliability and performance.

  • Supporting internal/inter departments and external customers’ needs with technical inquiries, product recommendations and solutions

  • Creating and updating work instructions, testing prototypes, and preparing detailed reports to support product development.

  • Maintaining lab equipment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Respond to customer inquiries during business hours with timely, accurate solutions.
